Founder & Chief Executive, Elpyron Ltd (eLPi)
As the Founder and Chief Executive of eLPi, Eliakim Wedam Kubirizegah directs the overarching structural, fiscal, and tactical operations of the corporate group. Driven by a core belief that standard technological education in Sub-Saharan Africa often fails to translate into functional sovereign enterprise capability, Eliakim chartered the eLPi Youth Empowerment subsidiary in 2024.
Under his administration, eLPi has anchored its corporate activities within community-responsive frameworks. Eliakim ensures that a significant allocation of eLPi's software intellectual assets, development toolkits, and capital gains are re-channeled into eLPi YE to create free, audited educational pamphlets, transits, and tours.
"Corporate growth is incomplete if the local graduate cannot identify, secure, and defend their digital space. We build eLPi YE to guarantee that African youth step forward into the digital economy not merely looking for employment, but creating agency."
Director & Outreach Lead, eLPi Youth Empowerment
John Awoneti serves as the Director of **eLPi Youth Empowerment (eLPi YE)**, spearheading the design, localization, and on-ground deployment of all flagship programs. John translates complex system directives into approachable, human-centered mindset shifts, piloting early school initiatives and heading the upcoming Pioneer Tours in Sunyani.
With years of direct experience navigating the academic and transition pain points of Ghanaian university and high school graduates, John designed the critically acclaimed *After the Certificate (ATC)* and *University-Life* curriculum blueprints. He ensures that every student workbook is structured to respect GES standards while expanding past standard academic constraints.
"Traditional software syntax and theoretical knowledge can change, but a resilient, secure digital mindset endures. eLPi YE ensures that every child, graduate, and teacher we guide gains full professional sovereignty."
