We transcend standard software syntax. We are built to shift how African youth interact with modern tech—building resilience, deep critical thinking, self-advocacy, and moral governance.
"Technology itself is neutral. The ultimate differentiator is the moral purpose, career agency, and safety mindset of the young graduate navigating the network."
John Awoneti
Director, eLPi Youth Empowerment (YE)
To equip African youth with critical digital literacy, proactive safety frameworks, and actionable entrepreneurial mindset. We aim to break the structural constraints of theoretical degrees, enabling graduates to build remote enterprises, self-advocate, and lead the global digital marketplace.
Strategic Priority: Generational Capability
To establish Sub-Saharan Africa's premier, ethically-grounded digital empowerment framework. We envision a future where high school and university graduates seamlessly navigate global remote work configurations with deep technical safety, ethical leadership, and high-tier functional agency.
Aimed Standard: Professional Sovereignty
eLPi Youth Empowerment was organized in early 2025 inside Kasoa Opeikuma as a passionate community outreach division of eLPi. Recognizing that high structural technical shifts were rendering standard educational certifications obsolete, parent group executives chartered a specialized outreach wing with a clear mandate: bypass the dry memorization of coding syntax to focus strictly on changing user mindsets.
Throughout 2025, the initiative scaled from local high school visitations and collaborative roundtables (such as our celebrated Gakoka International School drive) into structured, university-level training sessions. Backed by corporate funding, we formulated complete textbook models like After The Certificate (ATC) and University-Life.
Today, in 2026, our operations target regional hubs, starting with our upcoming Pioneer Tours in Sunyani. Our strategic modules now empower thousands of students to construct career tracks, protect private assets online, and adapt successfully to decentralized systems.

Emphasizing proactive cybersecurity, cyber-hygiene, private keys defense, and filtering institutional digital misinformation.
Transitioning university degrees past absolute localized reliance and positioning youth to build remote enterprises, start-ups, and freelancing hubs.
Fostering strong moral compasses, ethical internet communication, professional boundaries, and community leadership models.
